FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Memberships may be canceled in the salon, over the phone or through our email saloncarbon@gmail.com with our front desk team. All memberships must be canceled 7 days before the next billing date to avoid an additional charge. Any unused blowouts must be redeemed within 30 days of cancellation.
Unused blowouts are non transferable and cannot be redeemed for salon credit, cash value, other services or discounts. Membership charges are NON REFUNDABLE.
The membership fee will be recurring until the member cancels the service.

Members credit cards will be automatically billed on the day you sign up each month for their membership tier. If payment is not received within 7 days of the billing date, the member's membership will be canceled and all benefits will be removed.
If your billing information changes please either stop by the front desk or give us a call at 936-207-1040 to provide us with the most accurate information.
